Cannon Instrument Company
Over the past several months we have been working with Quality Systems Services,
Port Matilda, PA, to evaluate the Cannon Instrument Company production facilities
compliance with ISO 9000.
Cannon Instrument Company has an ISO-9000 registered laboratory which is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and has achieved international recognition. Cannon is now planning to broaden the scope to include the entire production line of instruments. Mr. Brad Ishler has played a key role in facilitating the gap analysis and to prepare an initial plan for implementation for this project.
As this project moves forward, we look to utilize their services even further. I can confidently recommend Quality Systems Services for their knowledge of ISO 9000 in the manufacturing processes.

Corvette America
Quality Systems Services has done a good job introducing continuous improvement and Lean processes in Corvette America. They have played a large role in raising the awareness of our people regarding waste in processes through training and employee involvement. They have also provided us helpful tools to use in identifying training needs and formalizing on-the-job training. We anticipate significant gains in productivity and major cost reductions through the implementation of work cells, elimination of waste and standardization of our processes.
