The TeamWorks Challenge Course is located at Tussey Mountain Resort in State College, PA. The course is a unique team development training course that is designed to help groups and organizations meet their organizational objectives through a series of challenges that encourage fun and interaction.
The course includes a series of initiatives that are designed to help groups and organizations develop teamwork, group dynamics and leadership. The initiatives are designed to allow for the utilization of all available resources for the successful resolution of the challenges presented. In a climate of group support, the progressive series of initiatives will provide the means by which participants of all skill levels and physical abilities can challenge their talents and capabilities. TeamWorks? facilitators will assess the training needs of each group and design a training program that will assist in making connections to organizational goals and objectives.
